One-to-one / private classes
Many people prefer 1-2-1 classes to fit around a busy life; learn the basics and build confidence; or to take your practice to the next level – whatever your reason having a class dedicated completely to you and your yoga goals, it is a great way to initiate or progress your yoga practice. So, if you fancy your own special class from Restorative yoga, Pilates right through to Power yoga – I look forward to designing a class just for you.
Cost: £45 per hour or book 6 for £225
Small group classes / Yoga & or Pilates in the workplace / yoga and mindfulness in the workplace / schools and colleges / hen parties / corporate clients
I am also available to teach yoga, Pilates or a combination of both to small groups of friends or family members - or in the workplace at the beginning, end or middle of the working day. Fabulous for people with desk based jobs to have a great stretch and ease out those aching muscles. These sessions will be tailored to meet the needs of the clients. I can also incorporate more general fitness style classes - so if you interested please get in touch and we can discuss what would work best for you.

Hen parties - I have taught yoga to various Hen events and can provide a one off class with a theme (e.g Your inner Goddess, Journey through the Chakras or Love and the heart chakra), along with mindfulness, deep relaxation etc. Take a look at the list of workshops below for ideas! Workshops & retreats (yoga and creative)
Workshops & retreats are a great way to explore yoga, mindfulness and life generally in a more relaxed environment. A workshop would normally run for a few hours (2 – 6 hours) in a yoga studio and explore a theme in some detail with a mixture of theory and practical exercises. A retreat tends to take place off site from usual exercise facilities and be anything from a few hours to a day or residential for several days! Retreats may have one theme or multiple and will again include a mix of theory and practical with some creative exercises and fun activities thrown in.

This is taking the yoga retreat to a whole new level incorporating yoga as part of your holiday. I am available to teach on yoga holidays / longer yoga retreats as well as running some of my own.
